"The frenetic pace of life on a typical university campus causes much pressure for both students and staff – often a year goes by like the blink of an eye. This year at the CACSD conference we wish for you to embrace the reality of life around, regardless of your context; we encourage you to “Be:” Be yourself, be encouraged, be rejuvenated, be engaged … pause the frenzy of work and life to “Be” together with other student affairs professionals this May.
The King’s University College welcomes you to Edmonton, Alberta for the annual conference of the Canadian Association for Christians in Student Development. This May we encourage you to “Be” in attendance as CACSD members reconnect with one another and engage in thoughtful dialogue regarding student affairs in Canadian higher education. This year’s conference aligns with the annual meeting of Christian Higher Education Canada (CHEC) and therefore provides members an opportunity to engage with both Christian student affairs professionals as well as a variety of university colleagues who will be concurrently attending the CHEC conference.
